Warranty Policy

SUPERDEKER, LIMITED WARRANTY 

“Gambit Training Technologies, LLC.  Warrants to the original purchaser (“the SuperDeker customer”) of the SuperDeker Product (“the SuperDeker product”), who purchased the product from a retailer, distributor, dealer, manufacturer’s representative, or other seller who has been authorized by SuperDeker (“Authorized SuperDeker Dealer”), that this SuperDeker product, including any of its original accessories and accessories purchased separately, is free of defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.  This limited warranty covers parts and labor, except as set forth in this limited warranty.” 

Warranty Term:  The SuperDeker Advanced Hockey Training System warranty is 12-months on the game board.  Warranty for components included with the system including: Rebounder Bands, ePuck, Metal Pegs, Metal Bars, Power Cord, and Zero Friction Spray is 60 days if defective.  Please refer to Limited Warranty for any exceptions that void warranty terms described above.  

Any warranty claims for SuperDeker products must be received in accordance with the above Warranty Terms and are subject to review by SuperDeker and/or Authorized SuperDeker Dealer prior to accepting claims.  SuperDeker will, at its option, repair or replace the SuperDeker product directly, or through Authorized SuperDeker Dealer where purchased. 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: 

Damage or defects caused by, or resulting from, repairs, service, conversion, or alterations to the SuperDeker product or any of its parts and accessories which have been performed by service centers or repair technicians not authorized by SuperDeker; damage or defects caused by negligence, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, power surges, floods, actual disasters, or force majeure; use in a commercial environment; or improper maintenance of the SuperDeker product or accessories. 

ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR: 

SuperDeker product is intended for residential use only and not intended for commercial applications.  

Limited Warranty is void if product is used for any type of commercial use. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: 

 If the SuperDeker customer is not satisfied with the warranty service, he or she must submit a claim in writing to SuperDeker at 1905 Stone Myers Parkway, Grapevine, TX 76051. The written notice must include the model of the SuperDeker product, the Authorized SuperDeker Dealer (or seller) from which the SuperDeker product was purchased, the purchase date, original sales receipt, a detailed description of the problem and the address at which the SuperDeker customer can be reached.   

SuperDeker is committed to review each such notice promptly and thoroughly and to respond to the SuperDeker customer in order to settle such dispute.  Any decision is non-binding The SuperDeker customer is free to initiate an action or proceeding; however, under federal law, no such lawsuit may be initiated unless and until the dispute settlement procedures outlined in the limited warranty have been exhausted Any warranty claims shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas If SuperDeker prevails, SuperDeker shall be entitled to reimbursement of all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, from the SuperDeker customer.
