Ordering the replacement bands was an easy, quick process. However, getting help from Customer Support at SuperDeker is another story. Purchased the system for my grandsons for Xmas, they love it by the way, and when one of the bands broke just shy of the warranty timeframe they wouldn’t even consider the fact that the system was bought a month before they actual started using it. I even asked if they would at least consider waiving the shipping charge since I had to purchase the rebounder bands but no one even replied. Very disappointed.
They're great but I'm pissed they don’t ship to Alaska • I had to pay extra to ship to my friend’s house then forward to Alaska. There are people here who play hockey and it doesn’t cost any extra to ship to Alaska •
